Industrial · Managed
The managed tier of the industrial lines: ring redundancy, VLANs, QoS and SNMP in rail-mount and rack models — because a network you cannot see is a network you cannot keep up.

Industrial networks fail expensively: a stopped line, a dark tunnel, a blind intersection. Managed industrial switches are how those networks stay visible and self-defending — ring protocols that heal a cut cable in milliseconds-class failover, VLANs that keep control traffic apart from cameras, SNMP that reports a dying link before it dies. ONV's managed industrial tier spans the Ethernet and PoE lines: Easy managed for light control, L2+ as the mainstream, L3 where the industrial network must route.
The table collects managed models from the industrial Ethernet line; their PoE counterparts are on the industrial PoE page. The discipline is identical to the commercial managed tier — what changes is the form factor and the environment the hardware is built for.

Management tier follows failure cost. A single cabinet on a benign site can be Easy managed. Anything chained, ringed or remotely maintained should be L2+ with the ring protocol confirmed in the datasheet; anything that must route between subnets or sites is L3. Keep the tier consistent along a ring — the weakest switch sets the ring's behaviour.
Plant-wide networks, transport corridors, energy and utility sites — managed infrastructure with maintenance contracts and uptime obligations.
Yes — ring redundancy is a core reason to buy the managed tier. The specific ring protocols supported are stated per model; share your topology and we will confirm a consistent shortlist.
Only where routing is required — between plants, subnets or security zones. Most single-site industrial networks run L2+ rings under one routed core.
Send your port count, per-port power and uplink requirements — we reply with the exact models, datasheets and a quotation. MOQ and lead time are confirmed per model and order scope in the quotation.
